we are client-centric and work on a retainer basis for both executive and non-executive (Board) positions in a wide range of industries. We do not define ourselves or our services by industry or function, but rather by the alignment of organizational purpose and beliefs with our clients, whether they belong to the so called “new economy” or are engaged in the transformation of the “20th Century economy”.
Search Process – our search process is unique, it differs from other similar offerings in its very essence: a senior team is engaged end to end; we adopt a proactive and consultative approach to define needs; we focus on the person and not just the “executive”; we look at the alignment of purpose between people and organizations; we adhere to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement throughout.
Assessment – in addition to biographical approach and an assessment of competences, both of which are traditional executive search products, we can conduct more detailed appraisals as required with the support of one of our partner firms (see: Our People and Extended Team).
Leadership consulting (coming soon: 2013)
Leadership consulting services, including coaching and succession planning, are a necessary extension of our search activity in order to support our clients in all aspects of their people oriented transformation. This activity will be launched in the course of 2013, with the proper format and people.
