We are a boutique retained executive search and leadership consulting firm based in São Paulo, Brazil, primarily working with organizations and people engaged in the challenges of sustainable development. We consider sustainable development in its broader sense, meaning the interdependence in time and space between organizations and the environment they are part of, and the ability of organizations to perpetuate themselves (see Triple Bottom Line, ESG and Theory of Complexity concepts among others).
By organizations we mean all market players and government agents, regardless of their size or maturity in matters of sustainability. We use “People” rather than the more widely used terms “Candidates”, “Talents” or “Leaders” to stress our interest in the identity of individuals in their entirety (see: Our Beliefs and Values).
